Our Charisma is a blend of Late Harvest Zinfandel and Late Harvest Barbera. The grapes are left on the vine 1-2 months past peak ripeness, allowing the sugars to become more concentrated. The skins of these grape are left on for a very short period giving the Charisma its stunning color that we showcase in our famous cobalt blue bottle.
Incredible strawberry, guava, mango, and peach flavors. This wine is sweet, luscious, and tropical. It almost has a brandy-like quality, making it a perfect after dinner sipping wine to savor. Charisma is dangerously delicious, sneakily smooth, and camouflages its 17.2% alcohol exceedingly well.
The Charisma is a full-bodied, slow swirling, sipping wine. Served chilled.
Food Pairing: Pair this tropical wine with light and fruity desserts. Try with pineapple upside down cake, angel food cake topped with fresh strawberries. Pair with baked lemon Ricotta, Mascarpone, triple cream Brie, fruity apricot cheese, and Manchego.
